Associate Software Developer/ Software Developer

We are seeking software developers to join our dynamic IT Development team. As a software developer, you will work on developing and implementing EZ-Link’s new services and providing support and enhancement to our existing services. You will get to work with our outsource team on projects development and maintenance.

Key responsibilities include

1. Complete assigned projects

  • Review requirements and provide technical task list
  • Develop, implement and perform unit level testing of new modules/services

2. Support and maintenance of existing services

  • Investigate issues through log files on database data and provide solution

3. Assist team manager in supporting external partners and internal stakeholders

  • Review and clarify technical requirements, interfaces and documentation
  • Advise internal stakeholders on technical and delivery risk assessment

4. Review existing services’ SLA, issue and initiate improvement activities

  • Anticipate potential issues
  • Enhance organization’s overall productivity

5. Support knowledge and responsibilities transfer

  • Facilitate new services transfer to maintenance
  • Support the training of operational staff

Minimum qualifications/requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Computer Science or related discipline
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred requirements:

  • 1-2 years of software development work experience
  • Experience in structured software development process
  • Knowledge of C# programming and SQL query
  • Quick in learning new skills and new concepts
  • Good problem identification skill at system level

We are looking for an experienced Finance professional to join our Finance team.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Maintain accurate accounting records and proper recording of transactions for different accounting modules for monthly and year-end closing
  • Ensure records are compliant to regulatory requirements and accounting standards
  • Assist in improving internal controls and financial procedures relating to accounting records

We are looking for an Office Support professional to join our Human Resources & Admin team.
Your responsibilities include:

Reception Operations
• Manage the operation of the reception
• Manage telephone calls and message taking
• Meet, receive and direct visitors to meeting rooms
• Manage office mailing and courier
Office and Vendor Management
• Manage stationery and office inventory such as pantry supplies, first aid kits, printing of name cards, etc.
• Arranging of season parking
• Overseas travel arrangements
• Manage Central Filing Room, Facility and Meeting rooms
• Oversee office maintenance and repair, ensuring all the works are carried out promptly and compliant to the safety regulations

We are looking for a marketing communications executive who is self-driven, resourceful and open to new knowledge to join the team. His/her main responsibility is to plan and coordinate marketing campaigns with internal and external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities include:
• Support Business Units to develop marketing strategies and campaigns on both online and offline platforms.
• Collaborate on the creation and execution of marketing plans, product positioning, development of creative briefs, consumer contests and promotions.
• Assist in the development and management of social media strategies for the company. Drive and maintain brand presence on different social media platforms.
• Monitor customers’ enquiries and other communications with customers through email and social media channels.
• Develop and prepare communication collaterals for campaigns, events and promotions.
• Work with external vendors on creatives, social media planning, and to ensure corporate materials on the company’s platforms are updated.
• Social media, corporate website and online shop content updates.
• Ad hoc duties as required

Qualifications/Requirements:
• Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Media or other related disciplines
• At least 2 years of working experience in marketing/digital marketing background
