Associate / Senior Associate, Financial Accounting

We are looking for an experienced Finance professional to join our Finance team.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Maintain accurate accounting records and proper recording of transactions for different accounting modules for monthly and year-end closing
  • Ensure records are compliant to regulatory requirements and accounting standards
  • Assist in improving internal controls and financial procedures relating to accounting records
  • Assist in any other financial accounting tasks as assigned

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Accountancy or equivalent

IT Security Specialist/Associate

We are seeking IT Security Specialist/Associate to join our dynamic IT Infrastructure and Security team.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Support the implementation of information security architecture, security and risk management best practices and systems/processes
  • Establish Cyber Security Framework
  • Ensure IT systems are adequately protected against unauthorized access/modification and malicious attack
  • Drive new initiatives, maintenance and enforcement of IT security policy, best practices and security related operational activities
  • Work closely with stakeholders to provide advice, develop and maintain the IT security framework, awareness, policies and processes
  • Coordinate and conduct IT security audits and compliance related activities
  • Research, evaluate, recommend and drive robust security solutions system

Minimum qualifications/requirements:

  • Degree in Computer Science or related discipline with 2-3 years of IT experience or
  • Diploma in Computer Engineering or related discipline with 3-5 years of IT experience
  • Experience in Hardware Security Module (HSM) & Certificate Authority (CA) system
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proactive/creative problem solving skills
  • Able to work independently with minimum supervision and also effectively in teams

Preferred requirements:

  • Knowledge in Microsoft Active Directory Access control System Administration & Network Security

Senior Executive / Assistant Manager, Business Development

EZ-Link is looking for an experienced and highly motivated individual to join the Business Development Team in engaging our industry partners to develop programs/campaigns, to increase loyalty to EZ-Link’s existing products, drives overall usages, as well as to develop new products & services for the organization.

Key responsibilities include:

Product Engagement

  • Work closely with external stakeholders to manage and grow our loyalty programs
  • Collaborate with key merchants and strategic partners for funding of rewards through our loyalty programs

Business Development

EZ-Link is looking for an experienced and highly motivated individual to join the Business Development team in engaging our industry partners to develop programmes/campaigns to increase loyalty to the EZ-Link card in the transport industry and drive overall motoring usage. This is a “Sales Hunter and Campaign Motivator” role with the aim of winning new business while engaging and maintaining good relationships with existing clients to increase repeated business.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • To manage/grow existing and new Value Added Services  namely EZ-Reload and EZ-Pay
  • To develop programmes/campaigns to increase usages within Motoring, primarily ERP and EPS
  • To build and manage new Corporate Client pipelines and Financial Institutions’ existing Corporate Clients
  • To work closely with car park acquirers to ensure the target list is met with conversion to accept EZ-Pay
  • To manage and develop close business relationship with key accounts through regular business engagement
