Senior Manager, Finance

EZ-Link is looking for an experienced Finance professional to join our Finance team.

The key responsibilities include:
• Support the VP, Finance on all financial accounting matters
• Maintain accurate accounting records and proper recording of transactions for monthly and year-end closing to ensure audit, regulatory and accounting standards compliance
• Establish, review and improve SOPs, financial controls and procedures
• Supervise and develop team members
• Contribute actively in new initiatives and business projects by providing financial inputs
• Handle other ad-hoc assignments and projects as required

Key Qualifications:
• Degree in Accountancy or equivalent
• Minimum eight years’ accounting experience in handling full set of accounts and preparing financial statements in compliance with accounting standards and other regulatory requirements
• Strong leadership capabilities with experience in leading and managing a team of Accountants and Associates
• Proficient knowledge and experience in financial accounting standards, taxation regulations and relevant statutory requirements
• Able to work independently as well as in a team
• Team player with aptitude to take on challenges
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Senior Specialist, Financial Settlement

EZ-Link is looking for an experienced Financial Settlement professional to join our Finance team.

The key responsibilities include:

  • To be hands-on to process, reconcile and manage the daily financial transactions, including bank/data reconciliation, funds settlement and cash flow management for prepaid cards and new forms of e-payment
  • To maintain accurate records and proper recording of transactions for monthly and year-end closing, so as to ensure compliance to audit and regulatory requirements
  • To contribute actively in new initiatives and business projects so as to provide financial inputs
  • Any other tasks as assigned

Requirements:

  • Degree Holders in Banking or Accountancy or equivalent
  • Minimum 3 to 5 years’ relevant working experience in funds settlement, reconciliation and management, preferably in banks or financial institutions
  • Possess working knowledge of cash management and relevant statutory requirements
  • Candidate should have an aptitude to learn and take on challenges
  • Candidate should display abilities to be a team leader as well as a team player
  • Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills

Senior Executive, Business Development

EZ-Link is looking for an experienced and highly motivated individual to join the Business Development team in engaging our industry partners to develop programmes/campaigns to increase loyalty to the EZ-Link card in the transport industry and drive overall motoring usage. This is a “Sales Hunter and Campaign Motivator” role with the aim of winning new business while engaging and maintaining good relationships with existing clients to increase repeated business.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • To manage/grow existing and new Value Added Services  namely EZ-RELOAD and EZ-PAY
  • To develop programmes/campaigns to increase usages within Motoring, primarily ERP and EPS
  • To build and manage new Corporate Client pipelines and Financial Institutions’ existing Corporate Clients
  • To work closely with car park acquirers to ensure the target list is met with conversion to accept EZ-Pay
  • To manage and develop close business relationship with key accounts through regular business engagement
  • To develop and execute programmes/campaigns in the most cost effective manner
  • To adhere to compliance processes  within EZ-Link and with business partners
  • To achieve budgeted targets
  • To assist in key special projects and strategic business partnerships

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent
  • At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required, partner management experience preferred
  • Proven experience in negotiating business contracts and partnerships
  • Ability to expertly communicate and build lasting relationships with all levels of internal and external stakeholders
  • Energetic, enthusiastic and highly meticulous with a strong business mind-set
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
  • Strong negotiation and influencing skills
