What are EZ-Charms?

The EZ-Charms series is a special ez-link card in the form of a trinket. It is the newest form of contactless technology designed by EZ-Link to make using ez-link smarter and trendier.

Functioning in exactly the same way as an ez-link card, EZ-Charms can be used on buses, trains, taxis, river taxis, shopping and dining and topped up at all ez-link card channels.

Do the EZ-Charms come with any stored value?

The EZ-Charms do not come with any stored value.

Where can I use the EZ-Charms?

EZ-Charms function just like any ez-link card and can be accepted at all EZ-Link acceptance points; it can be used on buses, trains, taxis, river taxis, shopping and dining.

How do I use EZ-Charms?

Simply tap your EZ-Charm like you would with a normal ez-link card to make your payment.

Is there any expiry date for the EZ-Charms?

The validity of the EZ-Charms is three (3) years from the date of encoding.

Is there a child or concession option for the EZ-Charms?

No. All EZ-Charms are only available in Adult Anonymous option.

Is there a warranty for the EZ-Charms?

No. EZ-Charms do not come with any warranty.

Where and when can I purchase EZ-Charms?

EZ-Charms are sold exclusively via our online store, My EZ-Link Online Shop.

Are there any delivery charges for online purchase at the My EZ-Link Online shop?

The delivery charges will be calculated upon check-out and is dependent on the number of items purchased.

The packaging is torn/dented/scratched. Can I do an exchange or refund?

All items sold are final. No exchange or refund is allowed.

What if the EZ-Charms are faulty or not usable?

EZ-Charms are sold without warranty. However, if your EZ-Charm is found to be defective within 6 months from the date of purchase, please call our customer service hotline at 6496 8300 (Operational hours are from Mon-Sun, 8am to 6pm, excluding public holidays) for assistance/replacement. Please note that replacements are of a similar value and customers are advised to retain their proof of purchase.
