(A) ABOUT THE SERVICE

1. What is EZ-Pay Corporate?

EZ-Pay Corporate is a post-paid card-less payment service for Electronic Road Pricing (ERP) payment jointly provided by EZ-Link and Citibank/DBS Bank. This subscription-based service benefits companies that manage a fleet of vehicles. Their drivers can now enjoy hassle-free driving as EZ-Pay Corporate provides greater convenience for ERP payments.

2. What are the benefits of EZ-Pay Corporate?

  • Absolutely FREE – No monthly subscription or convenience fee
  • Citibank/DBS Bank corporate credit card can link to multiple vehicles depending on the credit limit that will be determined during credit assessment.
  • Post-paid scheme – Pay as you use
  • No more paying of ERP Admin Fee due to insufficient funds
  • No more manual top-ups

3. Does EZ-Link intend to extend the service to other banks besides Citibank/DBS Bank?

EZ-Pay is available to Citibank/DBS Bank cardholders currently. We are working with other banks to enable the service to card holders of other banks.

(B) APPLICATION FOR THE SERVICE

1. How do I register for EZ-Pay Corporate?

To apply for EZ-Pay Corporate service, please email the respective email address below with subject title “EZ-Pay Corporate Service”. The entire application process will take approximately 21 days.

2. Which are the applicable Corporate Credit Cards under Citibank and DBS Bank?

Please refer to your respective corporate bank representative for more information.

3. How long does it take to set up the account for EZ-Pay Corporate before I can start using the service?

The entire application for EZ-Pay Corporate will take three weeks. You will receive an email confirmation on the commencement date.

4. Is there a limit to the number of vehicles I can register under each EZ-Pay Corporate Account?

There is no limit to the number of vehicles that can be registered under each EZ-Pay Corporate Account.

5. How do I de-register or register a vehicle number?

Please call our hotline 6496 8300 (Mon-Sun, 8am to 6pm, excluding public holidays) with the following information:

  • Company Name
  • Vehicle License Plate Number
  • Vehicle IU Number

The process will take approximately 4 working days. You will receive an email confirmation on the effective date.

6. Is there an expiry date for the EZ-Pay Corporate account?

There will be no expiry for the EZ-Pay Corporate account.

(C) USING THE SERVICE

1. Can I use EZ-Pay for Electronic Parking System (EPS) payments?

This service is currently only available for ERP payments.

2. What happens if I have my stored-value card inside the IU when I pass through an ERP gantry even though I have signed up for EZ-Pay?

If your stored-value card is in the IU when your vehicle passes through a gantry, the ERP charges will be deducted from the stored-value card. If the stored-value card has insufficient value for an ERP charge, the full ERP amount will then be deducted from EZ-Pay, likewise for having no stored-value card in the IU.

3. How can my company check the transactions and bank card deductions?

EZ-Link will provide you with the necessary reports via scheduled emails.

4. Will there be any additional charges payable to the credit card company to use the service?

There is absolutely no additional fee for using EZ-Pay.

5. Will I earn reward points with my registered Credit Card?

Please check with your corporate bank representative on the reward points and any other rebates programme.

6. Is there any limit to the amount of transactions charged to my EZ-Pay Corporate account?

There is no limit to the amount of transactions charged to your EZ-Pay corporate account. All ERP charges incurred will be billed to the corporate account.

7. When will the ERP charges be reflected in the Credit Card statement?

This is dependent on the card type used in the registration of the EZ-Pay Corporate account and its monthly card billing cycle.

For example, if EZ-Link posts the ERP charges to your corporate bank on 23rd January and the customer’s card cycle is on 22nd January, the customer will only receive the January ERP charges on 22nd February.

8. How will the EZ-Pay transaction(s) be reflected in my Credit Card statement?

Your bank statement will reflect all individual transactions incurred by your EZ-Pay corporate account.

9. How do I view the transaction(s) details?

EZ-Link will be sending weekly or monthly transaction reports to the email address stated in your application form.

(D) UPDATING MY ACCOUNT

1. Citibank/DBS Bank renews my bank card number / I have changed my bank card number. Who should I inform about the changes?

A new application will be required. To re-apply, you may contact the respective corporate bank representative.

The re-application process will take approximately 14 working days.

2. What happens if there is a change of my vehicle licence plate number and IU number?

Please call our hotline 6496 8300 (Mon-Sun, 8am to 6pm, excluding public holidays) with the following information:

  • Vehicle License Plate Number
  • Vehicle IU Number

The process will take approximately 4 working days. You will receive an email confirmation on the effective date.

3. What should I do if the Corporate Credit Card linked to the EZ-Pay Corporate service is reaching or has reached its card expiry date?

Please check and contact the relevant bank representatives for the required follow-up to ensure continuity of your EZ-Pay Corporate service at least 14 working days before the card expiry date.

4. What happens if I have exceeded my corporate card credit limit?

Please inform your issuing bank for a credit limit increase in order for EZ-Link to post transactions successfully. In the event that it is not done in time, EZ-Link will contact you to recover the outstanding amount. Payment arrangement can be done by either cheque or account transfer. The service will not be terminated.

(E) ACCOUNT TERMINATION

1. Under what circumstances will my EZ-Pay Corporate account be terminated?

EZ-Pay account will only be terminated when the corporate account user initiates the termination for the specified vehicle(s). Otherwise the vehicle(s) is assumed to be under the scheme after the initial successful registration.

2. How do I terminate my EZ-Pay Corporate account?

For termination of EZ-Pay Corporate service, please call our hotline 6496 8300 (Mon-Sun, 8am to 6pm, excluding public holidays) with the following information:

  • Vehicle IU Number

Please allow estimated 4 working days for termination to take effect. You will receive an email confirmation on the termination.
