WHO CAN APPLY

Customers with:
  • Valid American Express / Diners Club / MasterCard / VISA Credit, Debit and Charge Card. Each Credit, Debit and Charge Card can be linked to a maximum of 7 ez-link cards.
  • Valid Email address. Important! Application status will be sent to you via email. You will also receive e-Statement every month with active usage.
  • Valid mobile number. Important! Activation code (ARN) will be sent to you via SMS.
  • Applicant must be a Singapore resident.

HOW TO APPLY

  • Complete the online form.
  • You will receive
    • The first acknowledgement email within 24 hours
    • An SMS with the Activation code (ARN) within 3 working days
    • A second email will inform you of the application status within 5 working days
  • Once the application is approved, please proceed to activate the facility at the GTM or via My EZ-Link Mobile App.

HOW TO ACTIVATE

Activate at GTM with your ez-link card AXS Receipt containing your ARN number. For instructions on activating your card at the GTM, please click here.

CHARGES

S$0.25 convenience fee will be charged for every auto top-up transaction. For Visa or MasterCard cards issued by DBS/POSB or Citibank, the $0.25 convenience fee will be waived for each and every top-up.

E-STATEMENT

EZ-Reload customers who have provided an email address, will get monthly email statements on top-up transactions made to your EZ-Reload enabled ez-link card.
  • Emails will be sent to customers from 8th of the month up to 20th of the month.
  • Only activated records with top up transaction posting (regardless of a successful or unsuccessful top-up) will receive statement.

INVALID, ILLEGAL OR UNAUTHORISED USE OF CREDIT CARDS

You should only apply for the EZ-Reload facility using valid Singapore issued credit/debit cards belonging to you. The invalid, illegal or unauthorized use of credit/debit cards or use of fraudulent credit/debit cards may result in the rejection of the application by EZ-Link. EZ-Link will also report the invalid, illegal or unauthorized use of credit/debit cards or use of fraudulent credit/debit cards to the police or relevant authorities.

Important notes:

  1. A convenience fee of $0.25 is chargeable for each EZ-Reload by Card top-up transaction.
  2. The EZ-Reload scheme is only applicable for cards and purses issued by EZ-Link. For information pertaining to concession cards and application for Auto Top-up for concession cards, please click here.
  3. EZ-Reload occurs at all transit readers and at most retail and F&B outlets except for 7-Eleven Stores, some retail outlets that are also EZ-Link’s top-up agents, selected self service kiosks and Dairy Farm Group stores.
  4. You should only apply for the EZ-Reload facility using a valid Singapore issued credit/debit cards issued to you.
